Total distance ≈ 146 mi • Typical drive ≈ 2 hr 20–40 min
- Leave Waco on I-35 N
Head north toward Hillsboro for roughly 35 mi. - Keep left onto I-35W N toward Fort Worth
Stay on I-35W for about 65 mi until you reach the south side of Fort Worth. - Merge onto I-20 W (Exit 45A) toward Abilene
Continue west on I-20 for approximately 25 mi to Weatherford, watching for Exit 421. - Exit 421 ➜ US-180 W (Fort Worth Hwy)
Follow US-180 through Weatherford and on to Mineral Wells (≈ 35 mi). - Right on TX-337 N in Mineral Wells
At the traffic light on the west edge of town, turn right for TX-337 N/Graford–PK Lake. Stay on TX-337 for about 21 mi until it tees into TX-16. - Left on TX-16 S, then immediate right onto The Cliffs Dr
Go south on TX-16 for ≈ 1 mi and turn right into The Cliffs Resort (gated entrance). Tell the guard you’re headed to the marina. - Follow The Cliffs Dr to the water (≈ 2 mi)
